Helianth & Co. is a space for growth, creativity, and just figuring things out. I don't have all the answers, but I think having a space to figure it out and to show others that's okay not to have all of the answers is important. It's about embracing the process of learning who I am, exploring new things, and staying open to whatever comes next.

This space is where I share what I’ve learned and the things that have helped me along the way. Whether it’s through asking questions, diving into creative projects, or just taking time to reflect, I want to offer tools and inspiration to anyone who’s on their own journey of figuring it all out.

At its core, Helianth & Co. is about doing the work; not just for self-discovery, but for creativity, growth, and trying new things. It’s a place to experiment, be yourself, and find what resonates with you as you evolve.

About the Creator

Hey! I’m Gabs, the person behind Helianth & Co. Honestly, I’m just trying to figure things out like everyone else. I’ve spent a lot of time learning about myself, being creative, and trying to stop overthinking everything. This space is where I’m sharing what I’ve learned along the way.

I’ve always been passionate about creativity, but I didn’t want to box myself in. Helianth & Co. is a way for me to combine all the things I’m figuring out: self-reflection, creative projects, and finding out what feels true to me.

A little about me: I’m a huge fan of asking deep questions (and I love diving into them), but I also spend a lot of time just being present, singing, reading, or playing around with photography. Creativity can look different every day, and I’m all about embracing that.

I believe in being yourself, trying new things, and being open to growth along the way. My goal with Helianth & Co. is to create a space where people can just be themselves and explore what feels right for them.

Also, if you're wondering, Gabs is my pen name (and the name I prefer). Everything lives under that pen name.
